Catfish can be caught throughout the lake area and it's tributaries

Saugeye and Walleye are often caught in the Great Miami near the spillway in early spring

Suggested lures for walleye/saugeye fishing: Vibe-E, Spinners, 3" to 5" chartreuse curly tail grubs, Trolling: Big O and of course minnow and bobber, grubs are often tipped with a minnow for added attraction.

Crappies and Bluegills can be found throughout the lake also, around brush, pads or docks

White Bass run around May each year and respond to white lures and floating Rapalas

Other fish that can be caught in the lake are: Perch, Muskie, Smallmouth Bass
